Beth is a normal woman with a boring, ordinary job. That is until she wakes up from a coma, and fire shoots from her hands. During an attack on her friend, Beth accidentally steals a demon’s magic, and he wants it back. Her only option is to learn to use the magic and kill the demon before he kills her. 

At first, it doesn’t seem like it should be too hard, but when Micah, her mate, tells her it’s a demon prince, things start spiraling out of control. Now, not only is a demon prince out for her blood, but the magicourt is after her and an escaped prisoner, more powerful than she realizes, is in league with the demon prince.

Can Beth make it out of this nightmare alive, or will she lose everything in her effort to control the magic?
